The twelve years old Muhammad tried to cope with the conditions of was and spend his time with his cousins in their home to which his family resorted. However, the conditions were not good because the days of war may last for a long time. Therefore, Muhammad decided to go back with his family to their home. In the first day of their return and after he had performed the Maghrib Prayer, the Israeli reconnaissance warplanes bombed Ibrahim Al-Maqadmah’s Masjid by number of missiles, killing Muhammad with dozens of people who fell as injured and martyrs.

According to the sound of bombing, she expected that the target was “The Sahwah foundation”. She did not imagine that the Israeli warplanes would bomb masjids. When she was sure that the bombing was at the masjid, she lived horrible times waiting for the news of her son. Few moments passed then the shocking news came from the hospital of Kamal `Adwan that Muhammad was martyred. Few moments later, the mother saw her child covered in blood on TV where one of the medics was trying to help.

Muhammad was a student if primary four. He was one academic year behind, but in the last year of school, he pleased his mother by improving his level and getting numbers of personal prizes from his school.

The family of Muhammad As-Silawy lived in very difficult economic conditions. Although Muhammad was like all other children who liked new clothes and new toys, he was convinced and content with his conditions. His mother said that he never refused to share her the bread, the salt, and the black pepper, unlike his siblings who used to complain of those conditions.
